At the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, our athletes have got 51 gold medals this achievement was the first place in the gold medal standings. At the London 2012 Olympic Games, our athletes have got 38 gold medals this achievement was the second place in the gold medal standings. Especially in Beijing Olympic Games, the 51 golden medals got the NO.1 place in the golden medal standings. And this achievement shocked the sports power around the world.In the meantime, this event set off an unprecedented upsurge of sports and produced a huge sensation in the whole society. This achievement excited the national spirit, inspired the whole Chinese Passion for competitive price, enhanced the national cohesion,and also helped the construction of harmonious society.To build a leading position for our competitive sports, firstly, we need the joint efforts of the sports circles around the whole China and the a talented person convey by all levels of sports schools. But how to develop competitive sports items and the Human resources is a problem eager to solved.Meanwhile it is also a topic of improving the overall level of our country competitive sports. In terms of Shaanxi province, the development of Weinan city competitive sports plays an important role and this can not be replaced by any other areas. Weinan city and some other counties provide the talent person for the developing of competitive sports, for example:Wu Liuxi (Shooting), Yao Shunyu (Weight lifting), Liang Xinghua, Xu Ning ect. All of them got an outstanding results in the Olympic Games, the Asian Games, the National Games,and the Provincial Sports Games, according to this, we can easily see that Weinan city tip the scales for the development of Shaanxi province. So we should take a in-depth study for this part. But recent years, the developing of Weinan city competitive soprts has inconsistent development with the community society and the economic. So it is necessary for us to survey Weinan city competitive sports present situation comprehensively and systematically, this topic also has a significance of great guiding for the Wennan area sports development sustainable and stable.Using literature,expert interviews,questionnaires andmethods of mathematical statistics and in weinan city schools at all levels to study, focusing on competitive sports statusquoand existing problems in weinan city,through indepth research on present sistuatin dan future development of sports in weinan city draws the following conclusions:(1) competitive sport development is not balanced in all cities and counties in weinan city,mang competitive sport carried out mainly in the weinan municipal spots school,and insufficient attention to the schools at the county level.relatively large gap between the county and the country.(2) Low coverage,popularity is not enough.(3) The small number of coaches,notwelleducated,and low levels of business,is a bottleneck restricting the development of high level competitive sports in weinan city.(4) Three small number of athletes,successrate is low,the reading of training.serious contradiction,difficulties hindering employment after retirement is another key factor for the sustainable development of competitive sports in weinan city.(5) Increased efforts improved site,equipment status.reasonable development natural resources,multi channel raised funds;strengthened research and sports information construction,developed reasonable training plans and training outline,strengthened science selection,expanded selection range;traning and introduction technology talent,improve medal of technology content;tried to rendering athletic sports ofgroups atmosphere,improve coaches of treatment,increased game exchangg opportunities. |
