The age of innovation calls for the birth of innovative personnel from generation to generation. Colleges and universities which are qualified with characteristic like knowledge intensive and human resource are certainly to be the important part in the national innovation system and innovation work, moreover, they even takes the irreplaceable status in the construction of an innovative country. The innovative consciousness, innovative mind and practical ability of contemporary university students determines the rise and development of the Chinese nation. This research focus on the topic:relationship between national college students’ innovative experiment plan and college students’creative ability development, which has certain theoretical and realistic significance on innovation philosophy and the cultivation of the personnel who are qualified with innovative spirit and ability.This paper tentatively explored and collected the relative details on national college students’ innovative experiment plan, besides, it integrated and developed the concept and content of relevant skills. Based on the national college students’ innovative experiment plan and characterization of innovative talents of the core index field skills, it analysis the contribution which national college students’ innovative experiment plan leads to the promotion of college students’ field skills theoretically, It discusses innovative experiment as an enhanced route in the cultivation of area skills of college students from the capability layer, professional layer and social layer in the field skills. At the same time, with the basis of working experience on the organization and management of college students’ innovative activities, I explored the practical contribution and promotion of national college students’ innovative experiment plan to college students’ field skills training, then find out the defects existed in the field skills training; at last, concentrate on these problems, I suggest the methods for forming correct cognition of national college students’ innovative experiment plan’s effects. Through creating multi-level platform with the help of professional teaching force, we can make multiple incentive policies and activate the professional teachers’ enthusiasm to participate in training field skills like national college students’ innovative experiment plan. Finally, we make feasibility analysis on these measures and suggestions.
