| Promoting college students’ full development and innovation ability is the urgent demandof scientific development concept and socialist harmonious society. It is also the top priority forthe higher education. The competition for countries is the competition for talents. Therefore,enhancing students’ innovative quality can enable China stay on the top in the competition.Besides this, it is the practice of Marxism’s theory on human full development.This paper is divided into four chapters. Chapter one elaborates the connotation of humanfull development in the angle of Marxism’s theory. Chapter two introduces the epochconnotation of human full development. The requirements and characteristics of the theory onfull development are also provided. Chapter three presents the ways on how to promote the fulldevelopment of college students. Chapter four discusses the internal and external environmentfor the promotion of college students’ innovation. The significance of promoting the students’innovation is explained as well. |
