Secondary vocational school education form is mainly formulated according to the national education category to classify, unlike previous education field, secondary vocational education of the college has been incorporated into the vocational education system. With the development of social economy, the rising of people’s living standard, the development of national tourism and hotel with each passing day, gradually planning NongGongWei support one of the main industry of national economic development, in the hotel and tourism industry ChengXingZhi, increasing demand for the talents, so more and more schools began to set up relevant professional disciplines. Secondary vocational school is no exception. In secondary vocational schools, the tourism and hotel the subject including many courses, including the status of Chinese subject is very important. Main reason is the foundation of the discipline is strong, involve wide, with all the other subjects have direct or indirect relationship, so the importance of the Chinese subject of social development to adapt to cultivate comprehensive talent is great, makes in the secondary vocational school, Chinese language teaching in tourism and hotel subjects weight is very heavy. In the actual teaching process, not only requires students to learn the basic knowledge of language and literature, but also makes them have sufficient professional aspects of the required skills. For tourism and hotel professional students, the importance of the Chinese subject mainly embodies in its communication function. Nature of Chinese subject is an important tool of communication, to the human on the basis of the transmission of cultural essence, so the language with the instrumental and reproductivity.Tourism and hotel management professional characteristics and the language discipline nature determines the tourism and hotel management major in Chinese language teaching should focus on "cultural" spirit, to highlight the characteristics of "culture”. This study aims to the plight of the secondary vocational Chinese teaching at the same time improving the tourism and hotel management major of secondary vocational Chinese teaching quality and level.In this paper, using literature analysis, system analysis of secondary vocational school of tourism and hotel management professional language discipline in-depth analysis and research, first elaborated the paper research background in the introduction, literature, etc., which in turn will be introduced in this paper, we study the center.
