College is the critical period of development of life, as contemporary college students, havegood interpersonal skill are the basic conditions for their healthy growth, but the interpersonalstatus of contemporary college students are not optimistic. Although they desire to contact withpeople and want others to understand, but due to communication skills, lack of experience andother factors restrictions, college students are often frustrated in relationship, this have seriousimpact on college students’ learning life and their mental health. Therefore, there is no delay tointervene interpersonal problems of college students.In recent years, the Sandplay has achieved convincing results as a general and effectiveinterventional way to help others. And with strong infection, efficient, involving a wide range,etc, more and more people pay attention to it. Because Sandplay help to improve the individual’sself-awareness and comprehensive understanding of the surrounding things, to emphasize aspontaneous change.This is mainly the use of Sandplay to intervene and has two forms: the caseand the group. Group sandplay adopt the experimental group and control group before an afterthe test, and take the following conclusions:First, Sandplay on the case studies, through five uncertain themes of treatment of spontaneous,individual self-awareness has been raised. Before and after experiment date indicate thatindividual relationships’ scores has been some improvement.Second, group sandplay can alleviate depression, improve self-character, improveinterpersonal skill, effective went negative emotions, so that the individual dialogue with theirsubconscious and understanding their deep needs.Third, through group sandplay can enhance team cohesion and strengthen the spirit of sharingamong members.Forth, after seven group sandplay, the relationship comprehensive diagnostic scores of themembers have been improved in different degrees after one week’s experimental intervention.Improvement between individuals there are some differences, motivated individuals haveoutstanding performance in the group, the results the highlight change.
