In order to achieve the enrollment of their counterparts and ease the pressure of“choosing school",a number of nine-year system schools have been set up throughout the country.After several years of development,the nine-year system of running schools has achieved initial success.However,compared with the rapid development of urban nine-year schools,the development of nine-year system schools in rural areas is still relatively slow,and the convergence between school segments and school segments is not smooth.Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of school-segment management coordination in the nine-year system schools in S County,Hunan Province,it has been found that there are many problems in the coordination of school-segment management in the nine-year system schools in rural areas:there is the communication gap between school sections and departments in schools,poor inter-departmental cooperation and services;the system deficiencies in the syllabus management system are not strong,and the system flaws in teachers' assessment criteria,such as "one size fits all," suppress the enthusiasm of teachers;there is a great difference in the treatment of teachers in different school sections,and the interaction between students in the study period affects the connection between the learning sessions;Temporal and spatial defects such as unreasonable student schedules and unpartitioned activity spaces caused students to interfere with each other and the school ' s moral education was weak;in the academic section of teaching management,teaching and research activities carried out,teachers and classes span,teaching management lack of coordination art;while in the construction of school culture,the emphasis on institutional unity,ignorance of academic differences,different target orientations,and lack of cultural activities have caused the characteristics of campus culture to be unclear.Through in-depth local and school surveys,we understand the school's rural environment and the school's background,from the aspects of related policies and systems,management experience of leaders,teachers' recognition of school-study sections management,and differences in students' physical and psychological development characteristics,they conducted attribution analysis of the main problems in the nine-year consistent school-study segment management in rural areas.In order to more thoroughly and clearly ascertain the root causes of the problems and understand the nature of the problems,we have targeted solutions to improve the management of nine-year consistent schools in rural areas and promote school development.Starting from the inside of the school system and truly realizing the management coordination of the school section,we need to set up an excellent leadership team,formulate the development plan of the school and construct a suitable section for the development of the school under the guidance of the management coordination theory and according to the management coordination mechanism "Block management model ";to seize the internal opportunity of collaboration,from the aspects of school day-to-day management,teaching arrangements,teacher management,and school collaborative culture,we will Establish a syndication mechanism to form the sequence parameters of synergy for the study segment,and finally achieve synergy in school segment management.
