Effectiveness of vocational moral education courses are quite conspicuous, task-driven teaching model has important implications for the effectiveness of vocational improve moral education. Task-driven teaching mode refers to the task-driven teaching method(Task Based Learning) under the guidance of teaching behavior norms, in order to form a stable teaching framework, in line with the value of having a life education, reflecting the dual dominant position of teachers and students, in line with vocational the value of education trends.Task-driven teaching model is a systematic project, which consists of the design of the evaluation task, the task execution, the task, the task of monitoring the four main elements of composition. Through the experiment, the effectiveness of the model has been reflected in the performance to be able to effectively stimulate student interest in learning, to enhance students ’interpersonal skills, enhance the overall capability of teachers, students practical ability to develop students’ ability to innovate. It can be concluded task-driven teaching model has a high value in promoting reform and improve classroom teaching effectiveness aspects. However, due to the influence of multiple factors, there are still problems in the implementation process of the pattern, but due to the influence of multiple factors, there are still many problems in this mode, the implementation process: the integrity of the missing task design, task achievement and student engagement are not consistent coordination, insufficient systematic evaluation mission, teaching regulation accuracy to be improved, the degree of full-time teachers and TBLT difficult match.There is always a reason for any problems, the problems in the process of task-driven teaching mode is a lack of implementation mainly by teachers theory, psychology knowledge of education, lack of teachers in comprehensive general ability, lack of communication between teachers and students, education reform utilitarian strong school performance evaluation mechanism heavy quantity of light quality. In order to increase the value of the model, we must take appropriate measures: first, the establishment of teacher rotation system, to improve the teaching of moral education level of teachers; second, to optimize school performance evaluation mechanism to stimulate the educational function of moral education teachers; and third, to improve Students actively participate in awareness, build harmonious teacher-student relationship; Fourth, a clear purpose of teaching reform, improve the sense of social responsibility of teaching reform.
