"Comprehensive and Practice" is one of the newer features in the "Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standards (2011 Edition)". This part not only reflects the reform requirements of mathematics curriculums, but also provides students with a comprehensive and practical experience of learning math. "Practice" largely depends on the participation of students in various learning activities, where teachers lead with questions-it is a relatively complete learning experience. These activities aim to raise students’enthusiasm, encourage students to think creatively and thus improve students’skills in math and critical thinking. This paper studies previous research and analyzes the curriculums in "Practice".This paper uses literature reviews, case studies and interviews to explore the core value of "Practice". Also, this paper analysed and assessed equivalent math curriculums in foreign countries and current implementation of "Practice" in China. Based on these analyses and in person interviews with incumbent teachers, this paper summarises the advantages and disadvantages of math teacher’s teaching strategy and pinpoints the potential problems and solutions during the implementation of "Practice"In summary, This paper comes with the following conclusions. First, teachers should be innovative, keep learning, establish student-centered values. Second, "Comprehensive and Practice" curriculums should focus on students’ participation, let students learn from practical experiences.
