Practice and comprehensive application are a kind of new content of a new elementary mathematics course in mathematics. The field reflects the requirements of mathematics course and teaching reforms during compulsory education. And it also provides for students an access to practice, exploration and study. Practice and comprehensive application emphasize integrity, reality and application of mathematics. Through elementary mathematics teaching activities, first, students can be led to recognize and understand mathematics by practice, exploration and cooperative communication. They can learn to apply knowledge learnt to solve the simple problems in real life. Then, they can know more about the relationship between mathematics and reality and gain extensive practical experience in mathematics activities. Finally, their creativity and practical abilities can be developed. The thesis studies and analyzes its practice and comprehensive application of teaching strategies on the basis of related study.The thesis, firstly, gives some questions. That is, in elementary mathematics course, it is how to understand the field of practice and comprehensive application, how to carry out related teaching activities and how to analyze the background, purpose and significance of questions.The second part is document summary. The thesis discusses the problems using many documents and analyzes the study actualities.The third part is study methods and procedures. This thesis based on a lot of materials on practice and comprehensive application of the elementary mathematics, makes a theoretical systemic discussion about the intention, status, aim and the educational value of practice and comprehensive application. On the other hand, according to writer's teaching experience, the thesis uses the ways of summarizing and doing research to study particularly implementing steps according to learning features and methods, thus in the end conclusion will be drawn.In the fourth part, the thesis gives related teaching implementing principle, general process, implementing strategy and point for attention on how to understand practice and comprehensive application, and how to carry out effectively teaching activities.Finally, this thesis puts forward a proposal and enlightenment. Aiming at the problem, in other words, in the teaching activities of practice and comprehensive application, that is how to understand the alteration of the teacher's role and duty in the course.
