Changes in the new curriculum reform to bring high school chemistry teaching shaking, with the deepening of curriculum reform, high school chemistry job as an important part of chemistry courses, but also must make appropriate adjustments to meet the needs of curriculum development. Although the new curriculum for high school chemistry jobs have made the appropriate requirements, but many teachers have not yet establish a new concept of operations, in the form of design and evaluation of the job is still in a relatively backward stage, the effect is always unsatisfactory job, so I studied in high school chemistry homework for the current problems in the implementation process, hoping to be able to improve the quality of chemical operations for future chemistry teacher to provide some guidance and reference in the design and evaluation of high school chemistry job.The author during teaching practice, where high school conducted a survey, data processing and analysis, and access to a large number of documents, to attract and draw a lot of educational thinking, combined with multiple intelligences theory, constructivist theory, cognitive theory and the development of migration assessment theory and other related education, psychology knowledge, forming a system of effective research, proposes feasible implementation strategies, focusing on personality development of students, increase flexibility and openness job satisfaction and maximize the promotion of development of all students. In addition, also in PEP compulsory high school chemistry chapter II, section "Material Classification" second class, for example, provides a reference for chemistry teachers practical aspects of practical work in the future design and evaluation paradigm.In this study, job design and evaluation of the proposed high school chemistry related implementation strategies, provide reference for future practice teachers. Philosophy and curriculum ideas in line with the new curriculum work, I believe that in practice be able to play a role in promoting the development of students.
