There is a big difference in students’ English level and degree when they first enter high schools. However, the traditional fixed class teaching is not able to meet the learning demands of students of various English levels. Meanwhile, in September 2014, the new scheme of university admission examination in Zhejiiang Province was preliminarily put into practice, which made a big adjustment to the English examination. Therefore, faced with the practical need of students’ English learning and the new scheme of university admission examination, the No.2 High School in Yuyao, Zhejiang Province, where the writer has been teaching, decided to carry out the English mobile class teaching mode for the graduates of 2017 after longtime exploration and research.The article not only refers to a number of related academic material but also adopts the comparison analysis method, survey interview method and case study method to compare and analyze the change of teaching mode and students’ learning condition before and after the reform of university admission examination in No.2 High School. And the result of the English mobile class teaching mode shows that it meets the needs of exam-oriented education and improves students’ English grades. At the same time, it is indeed individualized teaching which cultivates students’language knowledge and communicative skills. As a result, the teaching mode receives high praise from students, parents and teachers. However, on one hand, the teaching mode takes on great advantage. On the other hand, it has certain weaknesses that influence the effectiveness of the teaching mode and make higher demands on the school about how to better reform the English teaching mode.The article is divided into five parts:The first part:put forward the topic and introduce the significance and methods of studying mobile class teaching mode.The second part:introduce the overseas and domestic research status of English mobile class teaching mode and the overseas teaching mode’s influence on the domestic teaching mode.The third part:compare and analyze the teaching mode and students’ learning condition in No.2 High School in Yuyao, Zhejiang Province before and after the reform of university admission examination.The fourth part:introduce detailedly the English mobile class teaching mode itself in the No.2 High School in Yuyao, Zhejiang Province and compare the teaching condition before and after the teaching mode as well as its effect, assessment from all parties and its weaknesses.The fifth part:conclusion.After research, the article came to a conclusion that because of the English mobile class teaching mode, Yuyao No.2 High School not only realizes the dream of individualized teaching which cannot be achieved in traditional teaching, but also well adapts to the new scheme of university admission examination. However, we also find some problems about the teaching mode during the experiment and whether we can solve these problems will influence whether the English mobile class teaching mode will go further.
