The national plan for medium and long-term education reform and development (2010-2020) points out that the development of vocational education is to promote economic development, promoting employment, improving people’s livelihood, the important way to solve the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", which is a key link in the process of relieve the contradictions of labor supply and demand structure, must be in the more prominent position. Vigorously develop vocational education must improve the quality as the key. But the author according to her own experience teaching practice in vocational colleges, students have serious school-weary psychology, the teaching quality is not high.The proposed school-weary psychology of vocational college students’ study, explore the intervention measures, improve the quality of teaching.This article applies the method of questionnaire investigation and case analysis of the five-year vocational college students learning situation investigation, data reflect the five-year vocational college students are widespread school-weary psychology. The researchers combined with questionnaire and case analysis, analyses the reasons of student learning.Again according to the survey of the tired reason selected education intervention experiment teaching factors, in order to ease the students’ weariness, for professional education teaching research provides a new research perspective.Study subjects were divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group students "basic accounting" course "teaching" integration teaching method, guide students’ learning, learning by doing, attract the students interest; In the control group with traditional way of teaching. Comparison experimental intervention after a semester, students in the course of the examination results and the learning situation after intervention.Study the following conclusions:(1) the five-year vocational college students learning phenomenon is relatively common, mainly caused students learning behavior, self-efficacy, learning motivation, attribution way, the way parents education, school education and so on six aspects. (2) reform the teaching methods and innovative classroom school-weary psychology of students can play a relief.Through the study of the teaching of the five-year vocational college students some advice:(1) school work to face the students learning situation, to be born. (2) the innovative teaching mode, using advanced teaching method to the teaching of students, stimulate students interest in learning, guide the student to be good at learning. (3) with the power of the school, society, parents, multi-pronged, alleviate the weariness of students, training qualified professional talents of social needs.
