Theoretical And Practical Study On P.E Teaching Methods With The Innovative Education Concent

The reform of P·E teaching methods are more and more emphasis on the combination of educational theory and practice, and tend onefold to the comprehensive. Expounded the connotation, constitution of the innovative education concept, requirements of P·E teaching; Researched the evolution, concept difinition, syetem construction, design, selection and implementation countermeasures of P·E teaching methods; Discussed the innovative perspective and ideas of P·E teaching methods by example; Compared the different effects on enhancing student's physical fitness, improving acquisition efficiency, and cultivating the sense of innovation between "to learn" P·E teaching method and "to teach" P·E teaching method through experiment.
