On Methods And Strateqies Of Students’Psychology Health Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the rapid development of economy and society, science and technology change rapidly, people’s living standard gradually improved. Higher vocational student just entered the second "psychological weaning period", is an important stage in the formation of the independent personality. They are just from the secondary education in the liberation, but face the social employment, which requires the students in higher vocational education rapidly changing roles, attitude adjustment, greet the unknown challenges. Such a special social group, are often more prone to psychological discomfort or mental problem, mental health. Higher vocational education is to cultivate technical talents to adapt to economic and social development of high-quality, whether to carry out mental health education to the higher vocational college trained personnel can be competent for the job requirements, accepted by the society, in view of this, I think it is necessary from the theoretical and practical aspects of students’psychological Jiangang education are analyzed and sorted, further exploration and Analysis on the related factors of mental health to carry out vocational education effect, to an antidote against the disease puts forward effective strategies of Higher Vocational Students’mental health education.This paper, as three higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province as the basis, through the questionnaire survey, find out the main problems existing in carrying out the psychological health education of vocational college students, and attribution analysis from the two aspects of subjective and objective. Based on the above analysis, the author thinks, should start from four aspects:the integration of resources, to create a good atmosphere; accurate positioning, improve the content system; flexible use, promote the diversification; standardize the management, improve work efficiency. Through the above strategy, improve the students’psychological health education in Higher Vocational Colleges work efficiency, so as to contribute to the higher vocational students’ psychological health level, more positive and optimistic in the face of encounter in life, learning difficulties and challenges.
