A Study On The Problems Of Study-weary Of Higher Vocational College Students

At present,China's higher vocational education is in transition to the connotation of the development period,aimed at enhancing the overall strength of higher vocational education,continues improve the talent quality,ensure the high technical talent at the same time with a humanistic quality,professional quality and vocational skills.July 2015,the Ministry of Education issued a "on the deepening of vocational education reform and improve the quality of personnel training a number of opinions",provide the principle and direction for improve the quality of personnel training.The quality of personnel training depends on the cultivation of higher vocational colleges,but also depends on the enthusiasm of vocational students in this studying subject.However,the vocational students general had study cognitive bias,serious study-weariness behavior,which set a difficult problem for improve the quality of personnel training in vocational colleges.How to correct the attitude of vocational students studying,how to solve the weariness of higher vocational students studying is an urgent problem.In view of the problems of study-weary of higher vocational colleges students,this study draws on the relevant research results of study-weary at home and abroad,and compiles the questionnaire of students' weariness in higher vocational colleges,selects three higher vocational colleges Students in central and western Jilin Province as a sample,the situations and the influencing factors of high school students were investigated.Then,using statistical analysis software SPSS21.0 to investigate the results of the survey,and analysis of higher vocational college students weariness and different school,professional,grade and different demographic variables under the problem of study-weary of higher vocational college students differences.Through the analysis of the survey results,there are three problems of the current vocational students study-weary:first,weariness in general;second,weariness serious;third,there is hidden weariness.Higher vocational students had two serious characteristics of study-weary with the grade increased and increased,the theoretical classroom are more study-weariness than the practice classroom.The unique study-weary of the higher vocational students,mainly due to the students in the subjective has existence misunderstanding of study,But also affected by the school,society and the family's external environment.According to the specific requirements of higher vocational college personnel training objectives,to solve the problem of study-weariness of vocational students put forward targeted measures,that is,Subjectively,the higher vocational students should analyze themselves and establish the correct view of studying.Objectively,Parents should face up to the characteristics of higher vocational students to improve the family education methods;vocational colleges to improve the teaching environment of higher vocational education;for vocational education to create a good social study-environment.
