In teaching practice, according to the university students come from poor quality, passive learning, methods poor characteristics of low achievement in school, we propose a "lesson three practice" teaching model, that "practice before class, Course of training, after-school practice. ""Before class practice", aimed at training students’ awareness of the importance of basic knowledge and return to teaching, to guide students to learn after teaching; "Class practice" focuses on developing the habit of students to actively participate in classroom activities, training, practical ability and comprehensive ability; "after-school practice" is intended to broaden students’ horizons, migration development, giving top priority to the face of the new situation, to explore and solve problems.The mode of teaching and research focuses on the "three practice" design, quality and quantity is directly related to the practice of teaching model can be carried out smoothly and achieve the desired results. So we boldly for our students to write their own school-based workbooks idea requires teachers to only around our students hygiene conditions, school conditions, teaching materials and curriculum standards requirements, carefully selected a design, control the amount of problems and difficulty value. Of particular note is that the "lesson in practice" in a variety of forms, and services around heavy and difficult to break, teachers can choose typical heavy and difficult to break through the topics to help students eliminate misunderstanding and error-prone points; also other forms of experiential training activities for students to personally participate in classroom activities, to stimulate student interest and attract students to help students more easily understand the difficulty."One lesson three practice" teaching model is a student-centered teaching model, teachers pay more attention to what students are learning. Produced by the pattern of school-based practice and rightly so, it specifically for our students, who abandoned the mechanical repetition of training, consolidation around important difficulties in teaching, so that each student find their own learning and analyze deficiencies to be corrected in a timely manner.However, "a lesson three practice" classroom teaching mode is not the only model organism. In the actual teaching, students’ cognitive characteristics depending on the circumstances, the course objectives, teaching content and existing teaching conditions, we also complement other teaching methods and techniques, making classroom teaching to achieve the best possible results.
