Since the 1950s,it has been carried out eight times education teaching reform in our country,actively advocating students conduct exploring learning,changing from knowledge to knowledge and ability training.That makes a great contribution to improve national quality and political economic and social development.But,as a county-level city,Huadian,where I work,its level of education still exists a gap compared with developed areas,especially under the influence of the traditional knowledge teaching concept and bound,many teachers don't want to change the traditional teaching methods,which affects the improvement of teaching quality and cultivate students' innovative ability seriously.It is imperative to implement the new curriculum teaching,explore a new method of high school biology teaching,the new idea and find the suitable effective teaching strategy for the education teaching reform.First,this paper is based on the comprehensive review on the basis of effective teaching research status inland and abroad,outlines the meaning and theoretical basis of effective teaching,and puts forward the necessity and significance of carring out effective teaching practice and research in the high school biology teaching.In the research phase,first investigate and analysis the problems of high school biology teaching by using interview survey and class observation,for example,the teaching situation creation is always onerous,laggard or missing;the questions are mechanical and useless;the teaching methods are monotonous.Second,put forward the corresponding effective solutions to solve these problems.And apply problem driven teaching,learn to teach and classroom training two teaching implementation strategies in high school biology teaching in several high schools in Huadian,Jilin province.According to the effect of teaching practice,giving evaluation and reflection of the effective teaching strategies.The results show the problem driven teaching is successful,it can effectively stimulate students' learning enthusiasm,so that the students are willing to try to explore the unknown,greatly improving the classroom participation.But the implementation effect of Learn to teach and classroom training teaching strategy is not ideal,practice shows that it demands not only the student have higher ability of self-study,but also the teacher's classroom design and class controls,so the teaching strategy applications have some limitations.At last,put forward the good wishes to the biology teaching in Huadian according to the feedback of research and practice,hope teachers can improve teaching enthusiasm,change teaching attitude,change the way,in order to let the students love learning.At the same time,hope bureau of education strengthen the construction of infrastructure of school teaching and organize teaching activities more frequently,to enhance the cooperation and communication between the teachers,in order to achieve the teaching reform,improve the quality of high school biology teaching,improve students' learning and innovation ability,promote the talent training and growth,promote social progress and to accelerate economic development,improve the level of education competitiveness.
