The most notable features of effective teaching refers to the students after the teacher to carry out a teaching activities can get the corresponding knowledge or ability to improve the progress.Compared with both the starting point is the same,the effective teaching is the teaching process to produce benefits.Professor and teaching effectiveness is not decided by the teacher in class have fully in the process of teaching,and also not just reflected in students in the classroom for listening.Effective teaching is the biggest measure efficiency of output,even if students have no one minute not listening,the teacher all the time not earnest teaching,if there is no harvest at the end of the students in the teaching,so this kind of teaching can't call it effective teaching.So should pay attention to in the classroom learning output effect,can be used to teaching method improvement and the students' learning interest stimulate to achieve effective classroom implementation.In this paper,on the basis of the theory of effective teaching strategy research effective teaching research status at home and abroad were summarized,and analyzed the results of the questionnaire survey get block the main influencing factors of effective teaching.And on the basis of investigation in the teaching status quo of experimental study on screening experiment conditions,according to the experiment results analysis reflects the teaching present situation investigation of the influence degree of the main factors affecting the teaching effect,improve the high school biology teaching is put forward strategies and Suggestions.The experimental results show that:(1)The effective implementation of the first is to strengthen correction of students in biological learning ideas,straighten biological learning attitude is the basis of the high school biology teaching effectively.(2)Biological learning interest in education is an important approach to improving the effectiveness of biology classroom,in the teaching process to go through the design of classroom activities to inspire students' interest in learning of high school biology.(3)Of multimedia into the high school biology teaching can achieve teaching efficiency increased significantly(P < 0.05),the multimedia teaching strategy gives the traditional high school biology classroom new vitality.(4)The implementation of "cooperative learning" to "multimedia" with the way can effectively improve the classroom teaching effectiveness.Multimedia teaching performance and make up the "cooperative learning" teaching strategy in time.A good high school biology classroom "effective teaching" can be formed by them.
