With the rapid development of information technology, network technology and mobile communication technology, educational concept and teaching mode have changed a lot and so does the students’studying ways. A revolution about teaching mode and students’ studying ways has happened. And the key of the revolution is innovation of teaching mode and diversification of studying ways. Mobile learning and flipped classroom have become the representative for education in the 21 st century and become popular around many schools.Portability and flexibility of mobile learning give people freedom to choose place and time to study and perform personalized learning. Flipped classroom inverting traditional classroom focus on personalized learning needing support from mobile learning. As the most important part of mobile learning, mobile learning resource has significant influence on people’s learning effect. However, from current papers about flipped classroom and mobile learning, these papers’ research points about mobile learning resource still stay on traditional classroom and have not been moved to flipped classroom.Based on flipped classroom, taking improving students’ learning effect as research purpose, this study focus on the design of mobile learning resource used in flipped classroom. This study’s main content includes three parts. Firstly, this study analysed students’ needs of mobile learning resource by studying literature research, question-naire survey and interview. The needs included instructional needs and presentation needs. Then based on the needs analysis, we gave summary of students’needs of mobile learning resource used in the flipped classroom. Secondly, based on the summary, through referring to informal learning theory, constuctivist learning theory and connectivism learning theory, we choosed several current typical flipped classroom models and rebuilt them as a "Flipped Classroom Mode under M-Learning Environment" to make it adapt to mobile learning environment. And then this paper studied instructional design and presentation design of mobile learning resource used in the flipped classroom and raised an "M-learning Resource Design Model in the Flipped Classroom". This model introduced features analysis of mobile device, divide of study unit, instructional design nodes and presentation design nodes and then combined them organically and developed the model. Thirdly, in order to validate the reasonability and effectivity of design model, we followed the design model and produced "C Programming" course mobile learning resource. Then we designed an experiment to test the resource and choosed students sample and put the design model into practice. After the experiment performed, we collected experiment data by question -naire survey and interview. By analyzing the experiment data, the analysis result showed that the experiment was successful and the "M-learning Resource Design Model in the Flipped Classroom" is reasonable and effective on improving students’ learning effect and other learning ability. After all effort introduced above, we expect that this paper could give some help and support for future research about the mobile learning resource in the flipped classroom.
