Flip the classroom teaching resources construction has been the field of educational technology is an indisputable fact,the author of "information technology"high middle school high school flipped classroom teaching,the teaching process found that there are many problems,such as lack of video,micro class teaching quality is not high,the enthusiasm of the students is low,performance is not ideal enough.In view of the above problems,this paper uses questionnaire survey and experimental research method,the purpose is to solve the problem of the construction of teaching resources in the reform process of "high school information technology"in high school.This paper mainly studies from several parts:The first part:the high school was a positive response to national policy,"flipped classroom teaching practice of information technology" in senior high school,but students react before class learning resources is single,boring,teachers’ reaction micro class video production complex,easy wrong,mobile animation in this situation came into being,mobile learning gradually from theory to practice.The second part:the analysis of the current situation of the research on the application of mobile animation in the flipped classroom,pointing out the existing problems in the application of mobile animation.The third part:the analysis of an existing high middle school high school"information technology" flipped classroom teaching practice situation,from the perspective of school,teachers and students to investigate mobile animation needs,pointed out that the current "information technology" in senior high school classroom before class turnover high quality learning resources and learning platform construction is imminent.The fourth part:mobile animation with "information technology" in senior high school classroom teaching practice need to flip,mobile animation features,and can meet the needs of teachers and students and schools need to improve the quality of teaching.The fifth part:animation mobile authentication can improve the students’ grades in high school "information technology" flipped classroom teaching practice,especially the moderate degree of literacy,improve student achievement,students’operation ability of information and information technology curriculum of awareness are improved.The sixth part:mobile animation in the "proposal flipping classroom teaching practice and thinking of’ high school information technology education departments should improve the mobile devices,the degree of attention,schools should strengthen the quality of learning resources and learning platform,teachers should strengthen their own skills and learn more about the students,parents should cooperate with school and teachers care and supervise students mobile learning animation,mobile animation students should establish correct learning concept and cultivate good learning habits.The seventh part is the conclusion of the study,the conclusion of the study is also pointed out that the limitations and shortcomings,and look forward to the relevant areas of research,hoping to provide a reference for the relevant research.
