Study On The Functions Of Vocational Education Center At County Level

Vocational education center at county level(hereinafter referred to briefly as school) is a important composition part among the Vocational educational system,it plays the role of training technical talents and promoting economic development in our country,especially rural regions.Therefore,we make in-depth study and understand the problems of school that will offer reasonable theory and realistic help us to solve problem.Through analyzing some examples and papers related to school,the writer discovers that the functions of school are achieved through serving county economy and training technical talents。Systematic method shows us,the functions of school can be divided into several categories,for instance,education background,professional qualifications,the commercialization of research findings,inherit and pass on culture,professionalism training and professional profession navigation,enrollment and employment,courses and so on. Having analyzed the existent form and the relation of each function in the work,the article comes to a conclusion that school follows a process pattern,Demand Discovering—Input—Qualified students—Output--(Feedback).Nowadays,school's functions have changed obviously.It was transferred from for local economy to self,from for-itself to self-making,from scale development to connotation-typed development.However,some problems still exist such as:the imbalance of qualified students and qualified labors to society,the ineffective organization and basic resource condition need to be reinforced and so on.Then,some suggestions are school should stress its vocational education functions not just educational functions,reform organization and function. Additionally,another item we have to point out is school needs a better social environment.
