Nowadays, the rapid development of information technology, and the constantly updated of educational philosophy, promoting the development of the informational process of education in our country. In recent years, in order to better implement the< National long-term education reform and development plan (2010-2020)> of information technology and curriculum integration requirements, maximum validity to play to the technological advantages, and to achieve the optimization of education and teaching, the education sector continue to explore and study new teaching and learning mode. Cloud teaching has the breakthrough time and space constraints, large capacity of storage resources, intelligent interactive exploration, personalized learning services gradually into the people’s vision.This study based on the theory of constructivism learning, combined with literature research method, questionnaire and interview method, experimental research method, comparative research method, In the base of the investigation of the current situation of the cloud teaching of primary and secondary schools in Hebei Province, choose the cloud experimental schools and classes, cloud experiment platform, explore and practice the new classes, review class, exercise class cloud teaching mode, to evaluate and validate the cloud the teaching effect.This paper is divided into five parts altogether.The first part is the introduction, which discusses the background and significance of the study of the cloud teaching, research ideas and methods, as well as the current research status at home and abroad;The second part summary describes the meanings and theoretical basis of the cloud teaching. First, defines cloud teaching concept and points out the significant differences between the cloud teaching and other teaching methods, then use the teaching system design theory, constructivist learning theory, mastery learning theory, Garrison control theory and connectivism learning theory to guide the cloud teaching;The third part carries on the investigation to the primary and secondary schools in Hebei Province Cloud teaching situation, an investigation and Analysis on the cloud teaching platform of Hebei Province, through the summary of the survey results, selected experimental platform and the school, to lay the foundation for the follow-up study.The fourth part carry out cloud teaching practice in primary and secondary schools, with three kinds of courses for example respectively design and application of curriculum model, after the end of the experiment, the experimental class and the control class students’ academic performance and personal qualities were evaluated and compared, then to test the effect of cloud teaching;The fifth part, summary and outlook, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of this research, and puts forward suggestions on the future research direction of the cloud teaching.Overall, this study use theory to guide practice, and inspect the theory in practice. Through the practical application, this study from the student achievement and the overall quality of the individual development two aspects to verify the superiority of the cloud teaching. This also shows that the method which aimed at different audiences and different types of classes, respectively for the selection、design and application of teaching mode is effective.So this paper has certain reference significance for exploring the normalization of cloud teaching way.
