With the development of the new curriculum reform in many countries, the professional development of teachers are getting more and more attentions. In this process, there are many challenges which teachers need to face. Therefore, teaching reflection is an effective way to promote teachers’ professional development for the internship teachers. As the backup of teachers, they should have a good mastery of reflective awareness which will help them to be good teachers.Combined with the realistic situations,this paper analyses the teaching reflection of chemistry internship teachers from Hebei Normal University,the author drew up the investigation of the present situation of the internship chemistry teachers’ teaching reflection, makes the investigations for the 103 teachers including the outline and conversations and offers some suggestions according to the questionnaire made by SPSS17.0.The results are as follows: 1. Most of the chemistry internship teachers’ level of teaching reflection is at the level of technical rationality and the level of practical action and most of their teaching reflections are relatively low; 2. The chemistry internship teachers from different levels have different influences on the factors from the perspectives of individual abilities, the location of their internship schools and the grades they taught. These differences mainly embodied in :(1) In the process of internship, if the teaching attitude of the chemistry internship teachers is more positive, the local guiding teacher will be more responsible to them so that their level of teaching reflection will be higher;(2) The chemistry internship teachers’ level of teaching reflection is related to the the location of their schools and the grade they teach;(3) Teachers who have more teaching hours per week reach to higher level of teaching reflection;(4) Teachers who have often communicated with students and known about their needs have relatively higher level of teaching reflection.Besides, the author carried out an interview survey based on the questionnaire investigation and the result and put forward some suggestions on improving chemistry internship teachers’ level of teaching reflection and ability of teaching reflection:(1)Chemistry internship teachers should learn teaching reflection theory actively, useteaching reflection during the whole teaching process, and seriously study the teaching materials so as to improve the ability of analyzing teaching materials;(2)There should be more related courses in Normal Universities and offer practical opportunities for students to reflect and communicate well with the internship school and the local education bureau;(3) The internship schools should establish relevant teaching reflection system and assert a claim on the chemistry internship teachers in order to urge them to do teaching reflection and provide them corresponding teaching experimental conditions;(4) Bureau of education should give internship schools financial support to cultivate internship teachers and reward the internship teachers who behave well.
