The new basic education and curriaclum reform erdow our teaching task with new concepts and commands,which requests that we teachers should change our former teaching methods,concepts into the new ones.Building up our own styles are necessaey.We should try our best to become teachers who are good at reflecting themselves.Only by doing this,can we broaden our experiences and realize our value to promote our teaching.Teaching reflection is very important to the development of major teachers. In fact, the level of the teacher's reflection can effect on the factor. The thesis has done some research into the chemistry teacher partially in HeZe. The research used many methods, such as investigate, interview and collecting resources.After doing some research, the consciousness of the chemistry teachers is weak, and the understanding of teaching reflection is lighter and narrower. The content of teaching reflection is mostly"how to deal with language points,"and so on. Little of them can be raised to the theory for analysis. The way of it is more single, and most are"think"or"discuss with colleagues."Very few teacher analyze their own teaching, and some teachers adopt the way of"writes after teaching", but the content most lie in retelling and less analyzing, and the analyzing is lacking of theory evidence. They reflect more on themselves and their colleagues, but less on documents and their students. This shows the lower level of chemistry teacher's reflection.The thesis is based on some research and inspection, and analyzes the factor of their teaching, and gives some suggestion and advice on increasing the level of their teaching reflection.
