As an important means to improve teaching quality effectively,teaching reflection can improve students' learning quality and promote the professional development of senior high school chemistry teachers.It is necessary for senior high school chemistry teachers to improve their teaching reflection ability.The new and old high school chemistry teachers can only adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum reform by constantly enhancing their teaching reflection ability.In this study,50 senior high school chemistry teachers were used as the research methods to compile questionnaires and interview questions.The three questions of this study are :(1)what is the overall situation of teaching reflection of senior high school chemistry teachers.(2)Is there a significant difference between the teaching reflection of chemistry teachers in old and new high schools.(3)What are the problems in teaching reflection and the reasons for the problems in teaching reflection.The results show that :(1)the teaching reflection of senior high school chemistry teachers is in the middle level.(2)In addition to the reflection dimension of evaluation,there are significant differences among chemistry teachers in old and new high schools.The reflection on students' development and the content of classroom teaching is better than that of new teachers.(3)The main problems in high school chemistry teachers' teaching reflection are the lack of innovation in the classroom,the lack of attention to the compilation and reform of teaching materials or curriculum standards,the immature ability to reflect on the relationship between different teaching modules of high school chemistry,the light intensity of reflection on teachers' ethics and their own sense of responsibility,the serious lack of reflection on evaluation methods and the single way of teaching reflection.Based on the survey results,in order to improve the teaching reflection ability of senior high school chemistry teachers,this paper puts forward some practical suggestions for senior high school chemistry teachers and new and old high school chemistry teachers.(1)Chemistry teachers in senior high schools should correctly understand teaching reflection,strengthen the integration of teaching reflection and chemistry teaching practice,and make rational use of various methods for teaching reflection.Develop a clear sense of problem to strengthen the ability to capture the object of reflection,at the same time to break the concept of achievement first,pay attention to the reflection of evaluation methods.(2)New senior high school chemistry teacher should strengthen the education teaching theory study,raises the reflection consciousness.Seek professional guidance and actively participate in school-based training.Pay attention to student-oriented development,integrate teaching reflection into every link of teaching,sum up experience systematically,and actively learn from example.(3)Senior high school chemistry teachers should overcome professional slack and innovate teaching methods.Eliminate conceited psychology and learn from each other.Narrow the gap between teachers and students and close the relationship between teachers and students.
