Human movement is based on a variety of actions, since we came to this colorful world on the first day, it has never stopped doing all kinds of action. Life is movement, the human body when doing any action will have your body posture adjustment and the process of motion compensation, thus maintaining the balance of the body. Balance is the precondition that the complete daily life all kinds of action, human is before the age of 10 balance ability is an important stage of rapid development, according to the distribution of compulsory education age, class, grade three in primary school stage is the key period of the development of human body balance ability, good balance, help to establish vertical pupils sense, for the good of the space perception and ability to control the body lay a solid foundation.Action training is to meet the needs of the early growth and development needs of a variety of behavioral practices, it is based on the theory and practice of a systematic training. Through repeated action training can improve the ability of physical exercise, mainly including the coordination ability, a variety of sense of perception ability, balance and size of muscle strength and endurance. According to the law of development of human action, human in 8 years ago has formed the basic movement skills, so in the elementary school stage join action training content, students can effectively grasp action essentials, improve quality of movement, of children’s motor development has important significance. The purpose of the study is to grasp the critical period of children’s body balance, and to introduce the action training into the physical education class, so that children’s body balance ability and body shape can be developed.Therefore, according to the formation of human action skills and balance ability development, in primary school through systematic action training to improve the balance ability of primary school students is very necessary. Action training can not only improve the students’ learning interest, and guiding children to establish a correct action model, to implement the curriculum concept advocated by the reform of physical education teaching has a practical significance and value, in line with the Party Central Committee to strengthen youth sports, to enhance the spirit of youth physical fitness and the demand of the times.This study using literature method, interview method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method exploration of theory and practice, to the influence of movement training on elementary school students in grade three body balance ability as the object of study, a total of two experiments. First experiment in Shijiazhuang city green garden street elementary schools were randomly selected from a third grade two classes as the experimental class and the control class, body shape and balance ability index of experimental pre-test, post test and experimental study lasted for 12 weeks(24 hours). In the experimental process, experimental group(n=46) in preparation for action training content is added to the activities, the control class(n=46) according to experimental school teaching syllabus and teaching plan for PE curriculum content, experimental time is 14 weeks(including pre-test and post test two weeks), 2 hours per week, per hour 40 minutes, the body shape index includes height, weight and Ktole index, the balance ability index includes six items of static index(Open your eyes to stand on one foot,Close your eyes to stand on one foot,Romberg test,Strengthen the Romberg test,Close your eyes outreach legs stand and Close your eyes lift heel stand) and dynamic index of three(Close the piaffe method, Vestibular test, Balance beam walking method) A total of 9 test inex.The second experiment in Hebei Normal University attached elementary school to register fitness club six third grade students as experimental group, randomly selected six third grade students as control group, body shape and balance ability index of experimental pre-test, post test and for a period of 8 weeks(24 hours) of the experimental research. During the experiment,experimental group and control group are the school of physical education, the experimental group(n=6) after school for action training content, control group(n=6) of natural growth, experimental time for 10 weeks(including pre-test and post test two weeks), 3 times per week training course every 90 minutes, the body shape index includes height, weight and Ktole index; balance ability test is the use of the United States to produce the BIODEX dynamic and static balance test system, the test index is: Postural Stability Test(PST),Limits of Stability Test(LOST),Clinica Test of Sensory Integration of Balance(CTSIB),Athletic Single Leg Stability Test(ASLST). The experimental data were collected and analyzed by using SPSS18.0 before and after the experiment two times.Research results:(1) After the experiment,experiment 1 and experiment 2 experimental class(Group) and the control group(Group) body shape index in the height index are highly significant difference(P<0.01), but no difference in body weight(P>0.05), Ktole index experiment 1 there was significant difference in the experimental class(P<0.05), experiment 1 Control class and experiment 2 experimental group and control group there is no difference(P>0.05).(2) Experiment 1 after the experiment there was significant difference between the results of closed mesh piaffe dynamic balance index of the experimental class(P<0.01), static balance index Open your eyes to stand on one foot,Close your eyes to stand on one foot,Close your eyes outreach legs stand and Close your eyes lift heel stand 4 indicators have highly significant differences in performance(P<0.01), Strengthen the Romberg test has significant differences(P<0.05).After the experiment the control class only Close your eyes to stand on one foot has highly significant difference(P<0.01).(3) After experiment 2 experience group Clinica Test of Sensory Integration of Balance three(CTSIB3) index has highly significant differences(P<0.01), Clinica Test of Sensory Integration of Balance one(CTSIB1) index, Clinica Test of Sensory Integration of Balance two(CTSIB2) index, Clinica Test of Sensory Integration of Balance four(CTSIB4) index, Limits of Stability Test(LOST) index and Athletic Single Leg Stability Test(ASLST) index has significant differences between the 5 items(P<0.05); Control group only Clinica Test of Sensory Integration of Balance three(CTSIB3) index,Clinica Test of Sensory Integration of Balance four(CTSIB4) index have significant differences.Research conclusion:Action training has a positive effect on improving the dynamic balance ability and the static balance ability of the students of grade three in primary school.
