| In today’s society, the population ageing phenomenon is increasingly prominent,in order to solve this problem, gradually opened up the two-child policy,or even government subsidies to open the three-child policy. With the increasing proportion of young children in the population, coupled with the comprehensive care of a family, the physical activity of young children in the originally limited family space is decreasing, and even some children learn to walk directly without crawling, always fall down,in life is always tired and not in need of help,so now children’s ability to improve physical activity is urgent, this article is to study the children’s ability to balance training as a starting point.Specifically improve the balance of children,so that the children’s body can form a Classical conditioning to unstable conditions, reduce the risk of injury to children, form their own protection, and be able to let children love sports and take the initiative to participate in sports, for the future to participate in all kinds of sports to lay the foundation. In this study,38 physical fitness members(20female students and 18 male students)aged 5-6 in Summer Hill Children ’ s Club of Mudanjiang were tested for 12 weeks, the balance ability of the experimental group and the control group was measured before and after the intervention, and the data before and after the intervention were compared,to find out which aspects of unstable training methods can improve the balance ability of children aged 5-6,and to explore which training methods can promote which balance ability test indexes,to contribute more training methods and provide theoretical reference for promoting the training of children’s balance ability. After the analysis of the experimental data before and after the intervention, the results are as follows:1.Unstable training can greatly improve the static balance ability and Dynamic equilibrium ability of children aged 5-6.2.There was a significant difference between standing with eyes closed and standing with feet left and right, and standing with eyes closed and feet front and back.Unstable training can greatly improve the control time of 5-6-year-old children, which can enhance the muscle strength of upper limbs and lower limbs, and improve the core control.3.There was a significant difference between standing with one foot open and standing with eyes closed.Because there are a lot of single-leg support, walking and jumping movements in unsteady training, the standing time of single-leg with eyes open and the holding time of single-leg standing with eyes closed are prolonged obviously, strengthens the control power of the limbs and the adjustment ability of the proprioception.4.There were significant differences between the pre-training and the closed-eye monopod standing and vestibular step test.Compared with the single-foot standing with eyes open, the holding time of single-foot standing with eyes closed increased only slightly, which indicated the importance of vision to maintain body balance of 5-6-year-old children. |
