It is the need of society to educational transformation that high schools transforming into secondary vocational schools. Followed by which high school teachers have to transforming into secondary vocational school teachers. According to the author’s ten years experience, collect the relevant data,analyze and reorganize, from which can find out the professional growth of teachers and analyze the professional rules and influencing factors of teachers, to pursue has yet to be further perfect place, explore the confusion in the professional development of teachers, to cultivate young teachers’ professional development, especially a line of school teachers to explore feasible ways, so that to guide, create professional teacher group.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part of the introduction, the paper by the author at the university of the 10 th anniversary reunion for the teasers, with its own growth process proposed thesis topic: transformation of secondary vocational teachers’ growth way? And on this basis, the paper puts forward the research significance of the paper. For better study, the paper carefully combed the research on teachers’ professional development present situation at home and abroad, points out the shortcomings of existing research, this paper, the main research methods to clarify the narrative research and case analysis.The second part of the transition. The fourth part, both inside and outside and repair, is "master", is the induction and summary of research on paper, analysis of transformation rule and influence factors of secondary vocational teachers’ professional development.First is goal orientation, teachers need to recognize the transformation direction and setting goals, with the right direction, professional development is power. Next, it is clear planning, determine the growth path, want to go the way of technology, the objective of "double division" and main way for off-job training and amateur education.The third is to renew ideas, transformation of secondary vocational teachers need to update the education idea, cogent accomplish teaching theory and practical, innovative methods at the same time, to stimulate students’ interest in professional. Finally, establish the idea of lifelong development, only keep a heart of enterprising, to achieve the goal of growth more than, finally complete the transition of the "double type" teachers.
