The popularity of Chinese language is on the rise, it benefited from the country for promoting Chinese language and Chinese culture spread,for now, Chinese are still in the development of various countries and regions. Under the background in the era of globalization, Chinese communication business is booming, the situation of the number of Chinese teachers put forward certain requirements. In order to meet the demand of large overseas Chinese teacher, HanBan selection and training teachers to go abroad to teach Chinese, alleviate the pressure of teachers’ shortage effectively, but also promoted the Chinese and the spread of Chinese culture around the world. Republic of Korea, the first country to set up Confucius institute, there are 23 Confucius institute now, put more attention in Chinese language education. In 2012, a project named CPIK(Chinese program in Korea) between China and south Korea was start, it for the Chinese teaching in primary and secondary schools of Korea, make further development in Korean primary and middle school Chinese teaching. In 2014, as a volunteer teachers, The author went to Korea for Chinese teaching. Through the primary school Chinese teaching experience, combined with a questionnaire for Chinese volunteer teachers and primary school students questionnaire, analysed the present situation and problems of Chinese teaching in Gyeongsangnam-Doprimary school especially in SaHwa primary school. Then put forward some suggestions, hope it’s helpful to South Korea’s primary school Chinese teaching, contributing to Chinese international education.This paper is divided into four chapters:First chapter is introduction, introduced this article selected topic significance and the related research of scholars at home and abroad,elaborated the paper research methods and research ideas.The second chapter introduce the basic situation of Chinese teaching in South Korea and CPIK origin and development of the project, mainly introduced the situation of the development of the Chinese teaching in Gyeongsangnam-Do, Korea.The third chapter mainly introduces the status quo about the primary school Chinese teaching in SaHwa primary school, combined with the questionnaire survey, analyzed respectively from the school and the characteristics of students, points out the advantages and disadvantages.The fourth chapter on the status quo, combined with the actual teaching and related cases, puts forward the improvement measures for school authorities and the Chinese volunteer teachers respectively.
