Modern education advocates the personality development and all-round development of students. Student’s ability and values development gains increasing attention of academic circles. Extra-curricular activities is not only affecting the students’ academic performance, but also helpful to the development of students’ ability and values, which is important to the all-round development of students.Extra-curricular activities in many countries face a lot of problems such as single content, training target unclear, lax management, Ignored by teachers and students, while Singapore is unique.In this thesis, I will use methods of literature research and case study to analyze Singapore ’ s Co-Curricular activities(formerly extracurricular activities), which will start from the point of its settings link, implementation process, evaluation system to deeply analyze its framework, implementation system and successful experience in order to provide reference for our country on the implementation and carry out of the extracurricular activities.The whole thesis is divided into four parts:The first part elaborated the research origin, research status at home and abroad, the research purpose and significance and research ideas and methods.The second part research on the setting of Singapore Co-Curricular activities.I will mainly analyzes the characteristics of Co-Curricular activities, such as its purpose pays attention to the development of students’ ability and values,its construction pays attention to students’ ability and interest balanced development, its content is unique and pays attention to student’s staged development.The third part research on the implementation of Singapore’s Co-Curricular activities. I will mainly analyzes its characteristics in the implement, such as the scientific and standardized management system,multiform activities,activities,maturity evaluation system and special fiscal guarantee.The fourth part is the enlightenment part, which will mainly according to the characteristics in setting and implement of Singapore’s Co-Curricular activities to draw lessons from the successful experience. Our extra-curricular activities need to optimize the structure and content,to form flexible organizational form,to establish mature evaluation system,to adopt diversified ways of evaluation,to create supporting conditions, etc.
