Inquiry learning is the new curriculum standard requirements. In order to enhance the students' scientific accomplishment of biology and inquiry learning ability, many schools are in the reform of teaching mode. Researchers are carrying out more effective biological practice activities based on the school teaching reform at the same time under the support of the school to carry out biological interest group activities. In this paper, we use 74 students from 14 science classes in No.1 high school in Wu Hai as the research object. With the seven extracurricular activities to be carried out and implemented, we make and improve the scheme, contents, issues, research direction of biological interest group activities, aiming to improve students' learning interest, enhance their observing ability, hands-on ability, exploring and social practice ability, cultivate their scientific quality and research ability to pave the way for improving the classroom teaching.This paper uses the literature research method, the questionnaire survey method, the case analysis to carry on the research in this article. By using the method of group cooperation, in accordance with the heterogeneity within the group, group homogeneity, 74 students were divided into 8 groups. Activities for teachers and students together to identify, to develop interest group activity plan and implement programs from elective reasons and significance. The evaluation of each activity and the results show that analysis of difference between groups. Through the process of students' participation and attendance, and activity after the completion of students to the questionnaire, the questionnaire focus mainly on what effect biological interest group activities will bring to students' learning effect and how helpful to cultivate their learning interest in biology. The author draws a conclusion through the questionnaire results analysis and summarization.This article finally obtains the conclusion is that study shows:(1)interest group activities to grasp to students as the main body principle, try to exert students' autonomy, pay attention to the cultivation of students' practical ability;(2)interest group activity content should be inclined to outdoor activities;(3) activities of interest groups is extension and expansion of the classroom teaching, interest in the activities and carry out is conducive to the smooth progress of classroom teaching;(4) interest group activities should be carried out plan, organization, purpose, result;(5) interest groups need to attach great importance to the evaluation and protection of the results.
