Having good teaching skill is prerequisite for students of normal university to compete as a teacher,and it is also the basis of the professional development of teachers.However, the training duration of teaching skills for students of normal university is less than they need, the students of normal university own Low initiative at higher normal University, eventually leading to the fact that theoretical knowledge and teaching ability is not good enough.In recent years, the rapid development of information technology, the change of the teaching media and the rise of the new open curriculum changed the way people learning.In 2014, "the Ministry of education on the implementation of excellent teacher training program" indicates: "to make full use of information technology to change the teaching methods and learning methods of students of normal university".Blended learning combines the advantages of traditional classroom teaching with the advantages of network learning,which not only enable teachers to guide, inspire and monitor the teaching process, but also enable students to take the initiative, active and creative to participate in learning.Itemphasises that to use different ways to solve the problem,using different media and information transmission mode to promote the learner’s learning, so as to achieve the best teaching effect.The application of blended learning theory to the cultivation of teaching skills may help solve the problems of current teaching skills training, and improve the quality of teaching skills training.On the basis of studying the relevant literature, this paper attempts to construct the teaching skill training mode of the students of normal university based on the blended learning. The main research contents are as follows:First of all, through access to the teaching skills training and blended learning related literature, analysis and determine the theoretical basis of this study. than constructed the teaching skill training mode based on the blended learning;The model contains the theory learning and skills training stage: on the blended learning design aspects as the clue, in the process of skill training of students’ teaching as the core,in theory learning stage flipped classroom concept is introduced to design the teachers and students online and offline learning activities,and skills training in the practice stage, according to the actual situation of studentsflexible arrangements of online and offline learning;Respectively in theory learning and skills training stage constructed before class, in class and after class "three sections" task system, before and after the class based on network platform, course in traditional classroom and micro classroom is carried out, echoing inside and outside the classroom, to expand learning time and space help learners fully grasp the skill teaching theories and implementation skills, enhance the level of skills.Secondly, using action research method, the model is applied to the teaching practice, the teaching skills of teaching were research practice, introduced how to carry out the front of the model analysis, design of learning resource,learning activity design and the design of learning evaluation in practice; and to the‘ media skills ’as an example to show the mode of implementation.Finally, the questionnaire survey method was used to analyze the results of the teaching practice, the survey found that the online learning effect is obvious, the classroom learning is quite good, and the recognition degree of the blended learning scheme is high. For the implementation of the experience and shortage in the process of blended learningteaching suggestions are put forward in the paper: give full play to the subjectivity of the students and the teachers’ leading role; to arrange reasonable learning activities design and learning tasks; reinforcement learning support services; attach importance to the construction of the learning community; to build a comprehensive evaluation system;explore flexible blended learning mode; strengthen resource management and platform construction in Colleges.
