Under the condition of promotion and deepen of information technology, the educational technology ability of school teachers have putted forward higher requirements. The teaching skills of information technology have become essential qualities of teachers. Pre-vocational education for Normal College Students is an important way to enhance their ability to apply information technology into primary and secondary schools. And "Modern Educational Technology" course not only education can help students comprehensively understand the theory of knowledge, but also can exercise the students’ practical ability. In the process of teaching, this course do play a certain role for students’ ability of Educational Technology, but there are also many problems. So in order to improve teaching effectiveness, it is extremely necessary to explore new teaching methods and models to solve practical problems of course.The National Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan has emphasized that using information technology to promote educational reform and promoting the change of traditional teaching model. Information technology and curriculum integration has become an inevitable trend in education reform. “Just-in-Time Teaching(JiTT)” model is an influential new mode under the trend of information technology and curriculum integration. It is that using informational and network technology to carry out teaching, combining the online and offline, inside and outside the classroom with each other, reflecting fully ideas and concepts of the Blended- Leaning.This study have applied “Just-in-Time Teaching(JiTT)” model to the "Modern Educational Technology" teaching, trying to solve the current problems of teaching and enhancing students’ interest in learning, promoting the students to get the habits of self-exploration, and strengthening the effectiveness of teaching. Contents of this paper are mainly including the following aspects: First, by reading literature and observations, to learn more about the teaching situation and existing problems of "Modern Educational Technology" Course in current researches, and make a literature review about theory and application research of “Just-in-Time Teaching(JiTT)” model; then take Normal but non-educational technology professional normal students as the research object, pre-testing their interest in learning, attitudes and existing educational level of technical ability and other aspects; later based on the mode of “Just-in-Time Teaching(JiTT)”, construct the learning platform by Moodle to explore the training mode in actual situation for a teaching skills; and finally, through questionnaires and interviews and other methods as the post-test to collect the data, the author have validate the effectiveness and feasibility of this mode applied into practice teaching through statistical analysis.
