| In 2005,China established a professional degree in physical education,which includes four fields: sports training,physical education,social sports guidance,and competition organization and management.After more than ten years of rapid development,the scale and number of postgraduates in the field of sports training for masters in sports have been rapidly increased,and a large number of applied high-level sports talents have been trained for our country.Under the background of national strategies such as sports power,healthy China,and education power,the training quality of sports talents has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life,and core competence is an important factor to measure the quality of talent training.Therefore,it is necessary to further clarify the core competence of postgraduates in the field of sports training.The constituent elements and improvement paths of the sports training will help clarify the training objectives,promote personal development,and give full play to the main role of postgraduate education in the field of sports training in the reserve of high-level applied talents in sports.Comprehensively using the literature method,survey method,analytic hierarchy process,logical analysis method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,the construction and improvement path of the core ability evaluation index system of postgraduates in the field of sports training are deeply discussed.First,after three rounds of expert demonstrations,the evaluation index system for the core competencies of postgraduates in the field of sports training for sports masters has been determined.It consists of 2 secondary indicators and 41 tertiary indicators.The weights of each index are determined by using AHP,among which the weights of the first-level indexes are 0.4934,0.3108,and 0.1958 respectively.Secondly,by means of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to investigate the current situation of the core competence of postgraduates in the field of sports training,the evaluation results show that the core competence is at the "qualified" level,and there are still four deficiencies in the following four aspects: 1.The internal structure of the core competence is unbalanced;2.Professional ability needs to be improved urgently;3.Professional quality still needs to be further improved and optimized 4.The ability to solve practical problems innovatively is weak.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the core competencies of postgraduates in the field of sports training,the following improvement paths are proposed: 1.Reform the entrance examination method by innovating the form of the initial test and optimizing the content of the re-examination,emphasizing the examination of core competencies.2.Optimize the curriculum from three aspects: optimizing the curriculum system,focusing on social practice courses,and establishing interdisciplinary and inter-professional courses,highlighting the main line of core competencies.3.From the construction of a sports training case analysis library,to innovate teaching methods oriented by project-based participatory teaching,and activate students’ core abilities from multiple dimensions.4.From establishing and improving the "dual-tutor system" and strengthening the construction of the "dual-teacher-type" teaching team to build a teaching team based on the improvement of core competencies.5.From the three aspects of rationally designing the rules and regulations of the practice link,establishing a long-term practice base within the training unit,and attaching importance to off-campus practice,explore an efficient,reasonable and scientific practice system,and improve core competencies in practice.6.Practice "industry-university-research" cooperation and educating people,and improve core capabilities in an all-round way.7.Strengthen the guiding function of the core competence evaluation index system. |
