In the final analysis,higher education is the activity of cultivating people,and the evaluation of the quality of higher education ultimately depends on students' learning achievements.However,at present,scholars in China mainly focus on undergraduate students,and the measurement and evaluation of graduate students' learning achievements are still in the initial stage.Similarly,there are few evaluation of academic postgraduate students' learning achievements in universities.Therefore,the key problem of this paper is how to evaluate the learning achievements of academic masters.Therefore,from the perspective of discussing the quality of postgraduate education at the macro level,this paper turns to the micro learning outcomes of students,and tries to take this as a starting point to explore the learning outcomes of academic postgraduate students in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province.By a great number of scholars agree that the graduate student learning outcomes assessment system are mostly from the knowledge,skills and attitude to face to evaluate student learning outcomes,but the assessment system in use process also to have certain limitations,did not involve students academic research situation,employment for learning outcomes assessment,and the author around by visiting schools,found that academic graduate student in the graduate student education are widespread problems in the process of:(1)for the professional understanding does not reach the designated position,professional satisfaction(2)analysis of critical thinking ability,poor understanding of critical issues,decision making judgment relatively weak(3)academic research ability is weak,the enthusiasm is not high(4)participate in subject for the future planning,after graduation work competency is not high,no strong sense of lifelong learning.Therefore,the author selects appropriate evaluation indexes from the existing evaluation system of postgraduate learning outcomes,combines the academic postgraduate training program of colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,organically combines the keck evaluation model and evaluation indexes,and finally constructs the evaluation system of academic postgraduate learning outcomes.Through samples in Shanxi Province colleges and universities academic graduate student learning outcomes assessment,from the reaction layer,learning layer,behavior layer,the layer four hierarchy analysis sample university academic graduate student learning outcomes,found the study achievement of high and low will affect the reaction layer next level study achievement good or bad,the mutual influence between layers,thus influence the academic master graduate student learning outcomes.Aimed at the existing problems in the academic master graduate student learning outcomes,the author puts forward some Suggestions in combination with the actual situation countermeasures:(1)suggested that college students' satisfaction survey(2)in colleges and universities to create online professional answer platform(3)adjust the graduate course,pay attention to the skills of academic graduate student academic research method(4)universities to create a good atmosphere of academic research,and increase students academic achievement award(5)employment guidance for students in colleges and universities.The aim of this paper is to improve the learning achievements of the academic postgraduate students in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province and improve the quality of the education and cultivation of the academic postgraduate students in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province.
