In physical education, physical education class is one of the most common, the most common cell, it carries the dream and the hope of modern education. But for a long time, the sports classroom is too much,too strict norms or systems restrict the thoughts and behaviors of teachers and students, many teachers personal teaching style is the rule, the free development of students is neat and tidy, vitality and passion of the education and teaching is everywhere "rules" and "order" digestion.Various regulations of sports teaching, standard classroom behavior and teaching order, cultivate students’ good learning habits, and plays an important role in teaching practice.
