The Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made a decision to comprehensively promote the rule of law,emphasizing that legal education for young people is the basis for building a country under the rule of law.The primary school stage is an important period for the formation of students’ values.How to help primary school students build a legal knowledge system and improve their legal literacy is a new topic that teachers need to face and explore."Education returns to life" means that education should be carried out in the real life background,closely connect learning and life,and inject elements of life into education,so that primary school students can use the knowledge of the rule of law they have learned to solve problems encountered in life.question.What is the current situation of primary school rule of law education from the perspective of returning to life? What are the problems and how to solve them? This paper takes middle and high grade primary school students and primary school legal education teachers as the object,and examines the current situation and existing problems of legal education from the perspective of education returning to life,and analyzes the problems and puts forward targeted strategies and suggestions.This study firstly uses the literature method to briefly sort out the academic history of relevant research,and then investigates the current situation of legal education in J primary school in W city from the perspective of education returning to life,and analyzes the problems and causes of legal education in J primary school.The study found that the current legal education in J primary school in W city has the following problems: legal education teachers’ understanding of "return to life" is simple and one-sided;legal education emphasizes knowledge transfer rather than life experience;Interest is not high;schools lack a scientific evaluation mechanism for the rule of law education.In view of the problems existing in the rule of law education in this school,this paper deeply analyzes the reasons for the problems,and proposes three corresponding strategies: firstly,the teachers of the rule of law education in primary schools should improve their teaching methods;secondly,the education administrative department should strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of the rule of law education in primary schools and expand the curriculum.resources;finally,schools improve the evaluation mechanism of legal education.
