More and more people pay attention to primary school Chinese unit integral teaching which has been under constant development since produced. Researchers and Primary teachers of Chinese now agree that the attention to improvement of students’ ability will change the situation of the low efficiency of Chinese teaching. A lot of researches mainly provide either designs for or countermeasures to primary school Chinese unit integral teaching. That is to say, they make prescriptions for it. However, it is necessary to make a diagnosis before a prescription. And it is important to examine the effects of its applying a prescription. Less research is found in both aspects above concerning to the integrated training of listening, speaking, reading and writing in the primary school Chinese unit integral teaching. This study investigated a case of the teaching listening, speaking, reading and writing ability training in primary school. It depicts and explains the real situation in a primary school, in order to providing an experience for understanding Chinese teaching and leading to primary teachers’ reflection on their own Chinese teaching. This paper includes six parts:The first part combs and analyzes the literature of primary school Chinese unit integral teaching, and finds out the research problem of listening, speaking, reading and writing in the primary school Chinese unit integral teaching integration training;The second part according to the investigation, summed up the type of unit teaching integration for “reading assisted writing" integration of teaching, "writing assisted reading" integration of teaching, "integrated listening, speaking, reading and writing" integration of teaching, describes their specific operations and characteristics, to show the situation of Chinese unit integral teaching training in the case school;The third part summarizes the problems of teaching: Pay attention to reading and writing training and despise listening and speaking training; Pay attention to the combination of form, ignore the essential link; Teachers are not sure of the training objectives.And analyzes the reasons: Not yet out of the examination oriented education;Imbalance between the content of textbooks in listening, speaking, reading and writing; Teachers are not clear about the type of class; Teachers’ lack of understanding of the relationship between various abilities and their transformation;The fourth part from the teacher’s education idea, the education of the core ability, the teaching effect to carry on the explanation;The fifth part is prospects and Suggestions, vision can promote the coordinated development of listening, speaking, reading and writing the ideal unit integral teaching, and based on the outlook put forward suggestions.
