| Research purposes: This paper will EMG test method is applied to the badminton lofty ball moves in, through to the completion of the badminton backhand lofty ball technology action in upper limb muscle iEMG value and force of sequential analysis and will be the sports anatomy, training, biomechanics and physiology and other disciplines of knowledge combined and tried to from different angles to illustrate the correctness of the badminton lofty ball technology action, so as to provide a scientific and effective theoretical basis for the future training of badminton.Research methods: This paper is ME6000 16 channel EMG acquisition and surface EMG signal analysis test instrument of the five men and three women’s Badminton Athletes of forehand and backhand forehand clear action field electrical test, and EMG analysis was performed by using EMG tester of tested athlete to complete the lofty ball technology action upper extremity muscle activity.Results:(1) the analysis of badminton forehand and backhand forehand clear action, both forehand clear backhand or forehand clear. The earliest time of the deltoid and biceps brachii muscle force and its i EMG value is also the largest, in the lofty ball technology action, both forehand clear backhand or forehand clear. Two of the main muscle are deltoid and biceps brachii muscle.(2) of the men’s and women’s badminton players in the completion of the lofty ball technology action analysis found that although the male badminton athletes and women’s badminton athletes to force the timing to the consistent, but timing line of male athletes is relatively stable;men and women athletes of the initial force of muscle is also different, men’s initial force muscle for the deltoid muscle, the woman is external oblique muscle of abdomen; from the point of view of the whole, man iEMG value is higher than that of women.(3) forehand clear and backhand forehand clear although belonging to the two technical action, but from the force of timing, basically the same, there was nosignificant difference.Conclusion: according to the results of analysis of electrical test and the understanding of college badminton training plan, proposed badminton lofty ball technology action according to different athletes to targeted training. Specifically:(1)for the women’s badminton athletes, in the future training to strengthen training large muscle groups. For example, deltoid, pectoralis major.(2) male badminton athletes,to strengthen the lumbar muscles training with activation to using technology in action.(3) in order to complete the lofty ball technology action more accurate, to strengthen the athlete of the deltoid muscle and dorsal latissimus dorsi training and is conducive to play the main muscle.(4) from the overall look, for badminton athletes,in training not only to strengthen the deltoid and pectoralis major and latissimus dorsi muscle training, but also to strengthen the opposing muscle training, such as biceps, is conducive to the coordinated operation of the technical movements. |
