Research On The Cultivation Of High-level Athletes' Honor In Colleges And Universities

The issue of the sense of honor of high-level athletes in colleges and universities has been widely concerned by universities and the society.This study aims at the cultivation of the honor of high-level athletes in colleges and universities,including the summary of the theory of honor training,the data analysis of questionnaires and the countermeasures.The sense of honor is in the process of pursuing honor or honor,the subjective feelings of self-recognition and self-affirmation of others or the society.Characteristics such as subjective,diverse,systematic,and historical,and have the functions of stimulating,enhancing self-identity,and leading the demonstration.The sense of honor of high-level athletes in colleges and universities is composed of three levels:personal honor,collective honor and national honor.In the process of cultivating,the theory of social existence and social dialectics,the theory of all-round development of human beings,and the principle of "internal and externalization" of ideological and political education are the theoretical basis.Based on the survey data analysis of spss20.0,we can see that the current problems of high-level athletes' sense of honor are that the personal honor is poor and the collective honor needs to strengthen further.At the same time,self-esteem,motivation and role identification influence the formation of the honor of high-level athletes in colleges and universities.The main reason is that there are certain deviations in the role identification,cognitive dislocation of personal honor,lack of targeted training,and adverse effects of the social environment.Aiming at the above analysis of the current situation and reasons,this paper proposes to enhance the cultivation of the honor of high-level athletes from Enhanced psychological counseling,the perspectives of theoretical education,shaping a good environment and institutional guarantee,in order to promote the cultivation of the honor of high-level athletes in colleges and universities.
