Research On Career Expectation Of High Level Athletes In Colleges And Universities

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the employment situation of ordinary university graduates in China has become increasingly fierce.There are a group of special college students in Colleges and universities.They are high-level athletes with both high-level sports skills and certain cultural expertise.In the fiercely competitive job market,they are facing different employment problems from ordinary college students.How to solve their employment problem is not only related to social stability,but also to the sustainable development of sports in China.Therefore,the study of professional expectations of high-level athletes has certain significance.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to investigate and analyze the current situation of professional expectations of high-level athletes in Colleges and universities in China.The survey shows that: 1.The professional expectations of high-level athletes in Colleges and universities pay more attention to the nature of their work,the salary and the location of their work,while they pay more attention to the internal situation of enterprises and their career development prospects.Less attention shows that the professional expectations of high-level athletes in Colleges and universities are unreasonable,paying too much attention to the work itself and neglecting the long-termdevelopment.2.The expectations of high-level athletes in Colleges and universities are greatly influenced by gender,family background and types of athletes.Overall,the expectations of foreign-funded enterprises,state-owned enterprises and institutions are relatively high.High;3.Gender differences of high-level athletes in Colleges and universities have a significant impact on career expectations.Male high-level athletes prefer challenging and high-income jobs,while women prefer stable and middle-income jobs;4.High-level athletes' career expectations in Colleges and universities are greatly influenced by family background,and farmers' families,state-owned enterprises and institutions are born in families.High-level athletes tend to work close to home and stable,while high-level athletes born in freelance families tend to work with intense competition and high income.5.There are obvious differences in professional expectations of different types of high-level athletes in Colleges and universities.High-level players in ball games tend to work with high income,while high-level athletes in track and field tend to work with medium income.Work.Professional expectation is the core factor affecting the career choice of high-level athletes.At present,there are many problems in the professional expectation of high-level athletes in Colleges and universities in China: excessive pursuit of stable work and lack of innovative spirit;keen on well-paid professions,the bias of career choice is more obvious;in the choice of stable and high-income jobs,polarization is more serious.On the basis of the above investigation and analysis,thispaper makes some suggestions on how to further enhance the professional expectations of high-level athletes in Colleges and universities.Firstly,we should fully understand ourselves;secondly,we should establish a healthy view of career choice;thirdly,we should combine our hobbies and specialties with the needs of society;fourthly,we should build a cooperative mechanism with employment centers,teachers and coaches as the main body;fifthly,high-level athletes should keep positive thinking.
