In 1987,the former State Education Commission and the State Sports Commission issued the "Notice on the Work of Recruiting High-level Athletes in ",hoping to rely on the university to cultivate high-level sports talents with all-round development.The construction of high-level sports teams in ordinary colleges and universities is a bold attempt to change the single-person training model of the national system.It is a bold exploration for cultivating high-level talents in moral,intellectual,and aesthetic development.This paper systematically sorts out the enrollment system of high-level athletes in ordinary colleges and universities through methods of literature,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics.The research finds that in the 30 years of high-level sports team creation,it has experienced the exploration stage,development stage and reform stage.In the four stages of deepening stage,the high-level sports team has achieved good results for more than 30 years:the enrollment scale has been continuously expanded,and it has achieved good results in domestic and foreign competitions,becoming a college sports postcard,enriching the campus culture,and promoting large,medium and small Sports activities are carried out.However,the current high-level athletes enrollment system still has certain constraints in target orientation,admission conditions,grade evaluation,number of requirements,and reserve talent training,which hinders the further development of high-level athletes.In order to solve the shortcomings in the current enrollment system,it is necessary to:1.clarify the initial development of the team,and improve the goals of the college.2.Accelerate the exploration of the regional joint examination system to provide candidates with fair examination opportunities.3).Emphasis on both style and style,and improve the admission standards for cultural achievements.4.Improve the admissions examination system and flexibly allocate enrollment quotas.5.Establish and improve the training model for small and medium-sized students.6.Improve the supervision mechanism for high-level athletes'enrollment.In order to better promote the sustainable development of high-level sports teams.
