With High Level Athlete In Colleges And Universities Management The Relationship Between The Results Of The Competition

In 1987 the former State Education Commission issued the "notice" on the part of the ordinary colleges recruit high level athlete work, and established 57 recruit high level athlete pilot school, marks the higher education school and sports system in Hunan Province, combining, and the implementation of the Hunan high school athletic sports talent management system and the start of training. This research mainly discusses the relationship between management and competition results of college athletes; the basic starting point that athletes, effective management is a necessary condition to obtain the outstanding athletic performance, at the same time the present situation of Hunan province university sports performance management is studied, analysis of the movement relationship existing performance and athlete management, research results can not only provide the theoretical reference for the management of college athletes in Hunan Province, can also provide the corresponding solutions to improve the management of College athletes.This article mainly uses the literature material law, expert interview, logic analysis, questionnaire and data statistics, this paper is divided into four parts, the first part is the preface, mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the study. The second part carried out a review of the past research results, mainly including: foreign research; research of high level athletes management in Colleges and universities; research of high level athletes in Colleges and universities in Hunan province; and several university high level athletes and so on. The third part is mainly the research object and research methods; the research object is mainly the management of athletes include the macro level, micro level athlete management, management level athletes theory. The fourth part is the key part of the article, mainly tells the related concept of university high level athlete management; current situation of college high level athletes management; game scores of college high level athletes management; university high level athletes management and competition result relation etc.. The fifth part is the conclusion and suggestions. Suggestions on deepening do team mode perfect organization system; to increase the input of funds, to expand sources of funds; to establish a national unified examination qualification, standardize the enrollment procedure; the introduction of high-quality coaches, strengthen the management and training; construct our country universities high level sports team performance appraisal index system.
