With constant progress and development of the new curriculum reform, many teachers’ consciousness to must renew their teaching concept, teaching method and teaching mode, to adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum reform, but in the face of many new problems appeared in the reform process, they often do not know how to start.Classroom is the main position of teaching, the classroom is the stage of teacher growth. Open class as a special form of teaching and research, to explore the teaching law and dissemination of new ideas and methods of education, exchange of experience of teaching, promote teachers’ professional development, and improving the normal teaching efficiency plays a role can not be ignored. However, in the full swing of the open class to carry out at the same time, open class exist problems also increasingly prominent, part of the education sector even began to question the necessity of open class is still, for “open class return true”the voice is also growing.Open class for the professional development of teachers is of great significance, in the face of this a series of problems, the author to open high school ideological and political class as the theme, by observing the way of teaching and interview, understand the current high school ideological and political course teaching teachers for ideological and political education in high school classes in public opinion to discuss the problems existing in the open class, listening to them for constructive suggestions on how to improve the open class.Hope to provide some reference for the high school ideological and political lesson and othersubjects in the open class, improve the effectiveness of teaching and research activities, and improve public awareness of the public.Preliminary findings, corresponding improvement measures are put forward in the era characteristic, deformity of interaction, abuse of multimedia and evaluation mechanism are not science. The author also from strengthening teachers’ teaching skill training, broaden the interactive form, the rational use of multimedia and establish the judges review system and the judges class before learning of the lack of teaching material in the open high school ideological and political class.
