China started a new round of basic education curriculum reform in 2001,with the purpose of comprehensively implementing the party's education policy,promoting quality education and cultivating talents in line with the needs of the 21 st century.Classroom teaching is the main way to implement the national education policy,popularize scientific and cultural knowledge,and promote quality education.Although the new curriculum has changed a lot,but there are still inefficient or ineffective problems.Therefore,it is widely believed in the education circle that classroom teaching is necessary to continue the reform,and the goal of the reform is to build an efficient classroom.It has become a hot topic in current educational circles to explore the teaching methods,learning methods,classroom environment and intermediary resources for constructing efficient classrooms.Due to the special subject nature and function of high school ideological and political course,how to construct high school ideological and political efficient class has become an important and urgent task in front of the majority of political teachers.Take a middle school in yan 'an city as an example,By investigating the current situation of the construction of high school ideological and political efficient classroom,this paper summarizes the experience,analyzes the problems,finds the causes and puts forward improvement strategies,hoping to provide beneficial teaching practice reference for the construction of high school ideological and political efficient classroom.Through analysis and research,it is found that there are the following problems in the construction process of high school ideological and political efficient classroom: first,teachers and students are not fully prepared before class.Teachers can not seriously study the political curriculum standards,study ideological and political course teaching materials,comprehensive understanding of students,scientific development of ideological and political course units and semester teaching plans,the targeted compilation of teaching design,and the construction of ideological and political efficient classroom attention is not high.Under the influence of traditional learning methods,students are not active enough in learning and lack of enthusiasm.In addition,high school students are burdened with heavy schoolwork and do not have enough time and energy to prepare.The second is the implementation strategy in class teaching pattern and formalization.Under the influence of traditional teaching concepts,teachers fail to consider students' subjectivity,lack the theoretical knowledge to systematically construct efficient classes,and cannot flexibly use teaching strategies.Third,the evaluation mechanism of after-class teaching effect is simplified and utilitarian.Affected by the college entrance examination baton.Too much emphasis on high graduation rates and high grades at the expense of overall student development.The ideological and political course is not only a theoretical course,but also a moral education course.The evaluation content,evaluation standard and evaluation subject are too simple.Therefore,this paper believes that the construction of high school ideological and political efficient classroom,first of all,to work hard before class preparation.Not only to prepare students,but also to prepare students.Secondly,teaching strategies should be flexibly used in class.As a political teacher,I must master ten strategies,such as teaching,teaching,organizing,asking questions,inspiring,giving examples,discussing,inspiring,writing on the blackboard and concluding lessons.Finally,the teaching evaluation strategy should be improved constantly.In the aspect of student learning evaluation,the content of evaluation should not only be comprehensive but also the way of evaluation should be diversified.In the aspect of teacher teaching evaluation,the content of evaluation should not only be comprehensive but also the way of evaluation should be open.
