| Conducting effective classroom teaching is the key work of a teacher.Effective teaching requires a teacher not only to have good personal qualities and master certain teaching methods and skills, but also to carry out reasonable teaching design and choose appropriate teaching model.Teaching Psychology is the psychological law of teaching and it mainly refers to how teachers to promote the psychological phenomenon and regularity of the students to obtain knowledge and skills, which is the theory and basis to further research on how to design and implement effective teaching.In this article, the author has conducted a questionnaire survey on 22 junior high school chemistry teachers with less than three-year teaching experiences. According to the results of the survey, the author has analyzed the deficiency of the experimental teaching the practice of design, has put forward the experimental teaching design based on teaching psychology, has expounded the profound connotation of teaching psychology and has designed an experimental teaching design model based on teaching psychology; In addition, the experimental teaching design model posed in this article has been applied to the chemistry experiment teaching on the PEP edition in grade 3 of the junior high school.In the experiment, the author has taken two parallel classes of students in grade 3 of YaLi Tianxin Midddle School of ChangSha as the subjects, including 46 students in the experimental group, 49 students in the control group and 95 students in total. Moreover, The author has taken the self-compiled The Junior Chemistry Experimental Teaching Design Based on Teaching Psychology as the experimental materials. through the32-hour teaching experiment and the study result data collected before and after the chemical experiment, the author has made the following research conclusions:1. The Junior Chemistry Experimental Teaching Design of this research has the scientific theory foundation, so that the results are effective.2. It is effective in improving students’ chemistry experimental learning ability by using the experimental teaching design based on teaching psychology of this research.3. It is necessary to conduct the experimental teaching design based on teaching psychology, which has practical use value. |
