For a long time, to instill in theory as the main method of the dominant ideological and political education in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in our country has been the dominant, and obtained a certain effect.But, along with the progress of the society, the improvement of quality of people, especially the increasing of college students’ subject consciousness, dominant way of ideological and political education alone has been difficult to adapt to the needs of the ideological and political education under the new situation, more difficult to make college students effectively accept the mainstream ideology.Therefore, through the way of latent penetration of recessive ideological and political education for college students to college students in practice subtly, unconsciously accept the ideological and political education has become the urgent need of research.The recessive thought political education as a way of education, its unique advantages in the process of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has emerged, and increasingly attention and favor by educators and the educated, and has huge development potential.Thereby, this article on the basis of fully recognized dominant ideological and political education, the paper mainly discusses the recessive thought political education and related issues, so as to enhance the actual effect of ideological and political education.This paper will be divided into three parts:the introduction part mainly for the purpose of this study, the research significance, research status at home and abroad, research methods and the innovation place.The first part is the recessive ideological and political education in colleges and universities related connotation, characteristics and theoretical basis are summarized.In determination of recessive education, recessive ideological and political education in colleges and universities on the basis of the concept of analysis of the recessive ideological and political education in colleges and universities compared with dominant thought political education has the permeability, diversity, universality, durability and other characteristics, pointed out including the unconscious learning theory, and the theory of tacit knowledge theory, implantable education, put forward by dominant or recessive thought political education alone can’t do a good job in ideological and political education, must integrate the dominant thought political education and the recessive thought political education.The second part from three aspects this paper expounds the necessity of the recessive ideological and political education in colleges and universities.One is the pure dominant ideological and political education in such aspects as content, process and effect of shortcomings;The second is the differences of education objects, more autonomy and initiative;Promotion is the influence of all-round education and so on.The third part detailed expounds some countermeasures for perfecting the recessive thought political education in colleges and universities.From a perfect environment of campus material culture and spiritual culture environment construction two aspects of the interpretation of the campus environment of the implicit edify role;Second, ingenious use of teachers, peers, and typical example of education objects and motivation to inspire action;Three from advancing the festival culture theme activities, students of sport, sitcoms teaching activities such as point of recessive ideological and political education;Four is put forward the implementation of the recessive thought political education path, there are mainly campus site red theme creation, social networking media play of the advantages of recessive education, etc.
