The Present Managerial Situation And Strategic Study Of Senior High Student Association

In recent few years, as quality-oriented education has been promoted in our nation, integrated practice activity curriculum has been brought into credit system in the new round of curriculum reform. Therefore, holding club activities becomes a necessary trend in high schools. However, most high schools haven’t paid enough attention to student associations which don’t fully played their roles. Moreover,there exist many problems in student associations, such as incomplete management mechanism, outdated management methods, capital shortage, and students’ lack of decision-making right and so on. Thus society, schools, parents and teachers are supposed to pay more attention to high school student associations.This thesis topic focuses on systematic research about the types and functions about Middle School Student Associations, based on the present status and problems of internal management and external management of student associations of Sichuan Wenjiang High School. It analyzes the reasons of the problems and finds out the factors which restrict the development of the high school student associations. Through the questionnaire survey and management experience at home and abroad for reference,combined with the school’s actual situation, it finds out the solution to the problem, and gives full play to the function of high school Associations.Based on the national-level model high school——Sichuan Wenjiang High School as a case, through the literature method, interview method and questionnaire investigation, this paper studies the basic situation of association management, analyses of the experience and problems in the process of association management, puts forward high school association management improvement strategy, that is, we should establish fewer, better and more distinctive school associations and should give full consideration to the participants; the establishment and management of High school associations should be practical, effective and proactive and we should enhance exchanges about the development high school associations.
