Study On Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Student Associations In Women's Colleges

As a part of campus culture,college students' Association,as an important carrier of talent training,is an important embodiment of College Students' cultural spirit,and it is also an important part of the competition of school soft power.In recent years,colleges and universities have always attached importance to them,and have attracted the attention and research of educators.This paper aims to explore the status of community management mode of College Students' woman,and the existing problems,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,through literature research,according to the characteristics of college students,the questionnaire,and then through the professional data processing software SPSS,statistical product and service solutions software,statistical analysis,obtain the result.And,President of the Federation of associations,ministers,members and non members of the association and interviews on the Hunan Women's University Student Association,understand the status of community management mode of the school,and the data and data,finally the comparative research method,comparative analysis of foreign women's college student association management mode.Through various research on Student Association of Hunan Women's University,research found that women's college student association problem is reflected in the school,community organizer and students of the three party;through the analysis of management organization of college students found that the current society exists mainly as the school is not enough,the incentive mechanism is not clear,the content organization boring form the problem.The reason analysis of the above-mentioned problems and for the management of student societies in Hunan Women's University were constructed respectively from five aspects,namely community management guidelines(thoughts),community management organization form,the basic community management process,the division of responsibilities and community association management incentive mechanism design;finally puts forward some countermeasures and proposals the above problems.
