The Present Situation And Tactics Of Junior High School Student Association Development And Management

Actively advocating the key concepts in the Guidelines of the National Program for Medium-and Long-Term Educational Reform and Development,fully implementing quality education and promoting students' core accomplishment are a general trend of our country's education development.During the process of exploring and cultivating students' core accomplishment,student community construction and activities become the important methods.Junior school students have a certain ability of self-consciousness and self-organization.Although the construction of their community has already begun to take shape,it lacks scientificity relatives to the community management in high schools and colleges.Academic researches in this area is also relatively few.In reaction to the unscientific construction,unstandardized management and unbalance activities of the community,it is in urgent need of developing a system of community construction and management suitable for junior middle school students' age and course.In this paper,combining with research trends at home and abroad,as well as regional and experimental schools' actual background,together with exploring the theory and practice of student communicate activities,literature review and questionnaire are adopted to carry out the investigation and study according to current situation of students'community construction and management in junior school.It generally includes the basic situation,construction and management of Junior school students' community activities.After scientific analysis,this research found the questions as follows:lack adequate awareness of student community theory;schools' lack of relatively stable construction of software and hardware,of time,of funds for activities;uneven development as a result of lacking community mechanism;low in the student community autonomy.Based on the above problems,this research theoretically makes clear concept,function and status of Junior school community,summarizes the six major categories and characteristics of Junior school community,puts forwards the goals,ways and strategies of community,as well as the target,mechanism and strategy of Junior school community management.This research is expected to form a student community's operation mode of students' autonomous,self-organization,autonomic activities and self-management,at the same time to improve students' core accomplishment and enrich construction of campus culture.
